- In this video, I’ll be talking about my weight loss trip because journey has been overused or maybe I should just talk about my challenges so far.

WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE
So I decided I was going to be honest with myself about my weight loss trip, it needed to happen so that I can move on to my next phase of transformation and to you watching if you’re working on losing weight as well, you need to hear this through. So I woke up one day and decided enough was enough about procrastinating my weight loss trip. My baby is 1yr and almost one month old, and he’s transitioning full time to regular food. But the main question you’ll have to ask yourself before you start this trip is why are you doing this in the first place, who are you doing it for, you can watch the first or second video I did about my exercise trip. I have also read that a mental transformation needs to happen first before that can translate to the physical part.
I remember when I was extra extra small in size, And I compared that to when I saw pictures of myself after I had the twins, I honestly thought I looked hungry back then and I liked myself being fleshy a bit. Will I be losing that much weight now? most definitely not. My midsection is my most problematic area and that usually is the problem for a lot of women of childbearing age. So, how’s my trip going so far? So like I said, I’d be honest with myself and to you guys, I’ve been a bit avoiding this trip for a long time because of my baby who just turned one yr old last month. I’ve now decided to get myself motivated for this trip, that was when covid really hit but then I decided I’ll do home exercises. I researched on the type of exercises I’ll be doing because you want to put together exercises you can and will do and here it is for me.
My other problem is with consistency, my consistency game is non-existent, so how can I work on that? have a plan and do one thing at a time and reward accomplishments in a healthy manner. With my kids this might be very challenging but I’m ready to walk the walk because I’m done with talking the talk. On my nights off, I planned to exercise by walking the bridge close to my house, that usually takes about an hour to and fro. I also started drinking apple cider vinegar and lemon juice cocktail to help boost my metabolism further, this is how I mix my stuff. I also made sure I wasn’t out of vegetables including fruits.
2 slices of bread a day, portioned rice, honey substituted for sugar
More fish, more chicken, more spinach, more carrots
Tea every morning and night with honey
Apple cider vinegar/lemons juice in the morning and at night
Fruit and yogurt for snacks

Your fitness is very important in rescheduling your exit date from earth, if we eat right and exercise, we tend to live longer unless you don’t want that. I made a video a while ago about rescheduling our expiration date, you should check it out, I’ll link at the end of this video.
